You might want to rethink your policy when people pay for big play games individually. Instead of just giving someone two days free if you lose, you should not only refund their money, but continue to give them Bonus Plays until you've recovered the number of units lost on that big play, and any subsequent plays you've given them as Bonus Plays.
A $100/unit player the other night lost $1650.00 on your big play. Then, the first night of Bonus Plays you lost them $1449.00. On their second and last night of Bonus Plays, you lost them $630.00. So now, you've cost the player $3729.00, and on top of that, you've kept the money they paid you.
Since you claim you are wealthy from gambling the least you could do is refund their money and try to get them back to even.
