It has been 51 days since he's vivid won the first race on 4/16/04 and i have come to a settlement with bet-us and omni sports books.I won't talk numbers but it was about 1/5 what i had won. Me and robert from bet-us came to a settlement today and i told robert that i was not happy with the settlement but will accept to end this whole ordeal. I thank robert at bet-us and omni as well as thier permit holders , the kawanakee gaming commision for all thier help with this situation. I also thank the General here at the RX for all his help, he was the key to opening the lock here.

I think every sportsbook should have paid every cent here and learned from this instead of so quickly determining a resolution of no pay. Glad there is closure for you.

I said in my last post that i recieved 1/5 of what i had coming from bet-us and omni.The total amount i had coming from bet-us was from limits that i did not have at bet-us for finger lakes race track. The 1/5 represents the proper limits that i have had at bet-us for almost two years know. Because i made my wagers online, my limits were not picked up properly on thier website.
