MediaLive International, owner of the big Comdex technology trade show in Las Vegas, today said the 2004 show has been postponed "in order to reshape the event with the cooperation of technology industry leaders." Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority officials couldn't immediately be reached for comment. The news service CNET News.com said the show has been canceled for this year and was "a victim of the growing interest in shows emphasizing consumer electronics and specialist IT gear."
