Shouldn't you still be in bed.........??.....consumating????
I hope there is another score......maybe you!
Congrats my friend!!!
Thanks! My wife (I sure am not used to that word, lol) is already out of town at her maid-of-honor's home in Oregon helping her plan her wedding (two weeks apart, argh). I'm going up there this Thursday just for the weekend.

But heh, we are trying to start a family (so I have been busy already). :103631605

If the first half goes 21-14, depending on what number you got, you are still going to need four scores mininum to cover the over.

you realize they scored 35 pts just in the 2nd qtr and its not over yet

All I'm saying is that I have seen it many times when the under is being pounded and then nothing but screw ups and fumbles, int's, etc. leading to scores. Basing plays on the weather is about as useful as flipping a coin.

I'll tell you why. When it rains, it slows the game down to a crawl completly.
First play on a completly dry field, then play in the rain. you'll undersatnd In the rain if you're the QB you cant grip the ball same for ball carriers you become more careful.

As far as the old wives tale that the offensive guy knows where he is going and the defender does not, yeah he knows where hes going hes going down the ground if he does not slow his ass down to try and make a sharp cut.

As an old school strong safety, I wasn't the fastest guy on the field and I liked it when it rained because it slowed up those faster than Bolt receivers out there. They had to slow their ass down, the faster they were the faster they'd slip down. You have to slow down or slip down offense and defense

Why do you think some teams water down the field (accidently of course) if they have a team full of jackrabbits up next.

Another turnover by CU, I'm sure CSU will kick a fg now to ruin my CU -6.5 1st half. :ohno:

Once again, I said if the score stays as it is, which is 21-14 (that equals 35) depending on what number you got from the book, in my case that is 56.5, there would have to be four scores in the second half mininum to cover the aforementioned 56.5.

56.5 - 35 = 21.5
Three touchdown with extra points = 21
Ergo, you would need a fourth score to get over 21.5

No matter what game it is... CFB or NFL... it's seems like a mentality that a defense going into semi-prevent mode when an offense only has about 2 minutes to go in a half. I didn't play football myself (other than midget years) but if I was a defensive coordinator, I'm not going to put more guys in the back of defense... I'd put them closer to the line and try to rush a QB's throw.
