well,..even if you've been waiting to go against wright state I'm not sure akron is the team to do it. They're a Poor shooting team that hasn't played in almost 2 weeks and have been suckie ATS. They beat their last 2 opponents by 5 pts (Clev st on the road + Dooocain) is hardly anything that insires confidence to lay DD.

One bright spot is thery're at home....and they've played quite a bit on the road this year....

Elton Brown will be too physical for Vroman, who gets in foul trouble, Larry Eustachy left Wayne Moragan a decent team, but I cant see his 2 freshman guards going into Charlotsville and cover the number. Coach Eustachy was the guy that got caught drinking with frat kids after the Missouri game last year, but he was an excellent coach, which isnt the case at ISU now.

Pretty cool seeing Belmont going into Missouri and beat Quin Snyder who the media voted the #3 team in the country. Belmont is somewhere in the Tennessee Mountains, no relation to the race track.

Belmont is in Nashville,TN. They lost the 3rd ranked rebounder in nation in Adam Sonn who is playing overseas now. THe A-Sun has some tough competition in Troy St., Ga. St. and UCF, but the conference tourney is on Belmont's home court, so you'd have to give them teh favorite nod to represent the conference in the Big Dance.

I like UVA in a bounceback game tomorrow. Iowa St. played many cupcakes early, and Gillen will have them playing with intensity after the dud effort in Raleigh. Cavaliers feature many freshman and will be up and down all year because of their youth.

I'm taking tomorrow off gambling as I traiditionally do on Dec. 31st. Will be working 12 hours in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. Have a safe and happy one everybody.

Kstate has played nothing but cupcakes at home, they lost to Beavers who are real pathetic and just lost by 41 to UMKC. Stl is supposedly on a rebuild but Soderberg doing ok job anyway.
