Record ytd 7-4

I have five games for Monday night.

Marshall +21 - Marshall has the offense to keep up with Kentucky as they try to find their new go to guy. Throw in neutral court and the Herd keep it under double digits.

Colorado State +11.5 -CSU good be road weary but I look at them as road tested. Rams have the front line to compete with Tigers. If they can limit turnovers, they have a shot at upset.

Evansville +10.5 -Not as athletic as Austin Peay but more physical. Expect Evansville to wear down finesse team and keep it close. Playing in Missouri Valley should help Aces in this one on road.

Colorado -18- Buffalo's have been a very good home team in recent years and this year's team is even better. This could be best Buffalo's team in a decade. They will be a factor in Big 12 as both Kansas and Missouri know how tough it is to win in Boulder. This Oregon State team is completely outmanned in this one.

Marquette -3.5 - Nice matchup with Irish. Difference here is home court, deeper and more experienced Warrior team, and Tom Crean's ability to have team ready for big game. They pull away late in this one.

Good luck.

Adding ....

TCU +14 -Horned Frogs take on Kansas who probably will be #1 come tomorrow. KU point guard Lee broke his collarbone and will be out 6-8 weeks. Kansas is talented but not extremely deep. This will play a key role in allowing TCU to keep it close. If Lee had not broken collarbone, I still lean toward TCU at home but with him out it definitely becomes a play!

Lee's not much of a factor for KU. Lee was not much of a scoring threat but provided good defense. Actually the Freshman JR Giddens can step in and play just as well as Lee at one of the guard positions. Giddens is a scoring machine but lacks the defensive skills at this level right now. I don't think his defense will hurt the Jayhawks that much in this particular game. Aaron Miles will probably be the point guard. The player to watch for KU will be Langford, who's hometown is Fort Worth. He is looking forward to this game and averages over 18 pts. a game.
The guards are very good for TCU, but their best inside player, Chinweze, is only 6-6. TCU has great athletes, but are very undersized, which KU will undoubtedly exploit. Simien, Padgett, and Graves should have no problems scoring inside. I'm not saying don't bet TCU but just throwing caution to the wind on this game.
p.s. Wayne Simien is a freakin monster inside and one of the best college players in the country!

sportsmonitor,

Thanks for your analysis. I still like Kansas but I will throw some caution to the wind.

I posted I still like Kansas when I should have said I still like TCU. Sorry for the mistake.

TCU runs out of gas in 2nd half to bring me to a .500 day at 3-3 with ytd at 10-6. I have seven games on Tuesday with my first 2 games of the month.
