Can someone please tell me why anyone would even watch these games? I mean these kids cant even score a simple layup. I have never seen a sport so boring to watch! Its like watching a constant barrage or turnovers and fouls. Do teams actually score in a free flowing offense? or do they just score off inconsistent fouls at the end of the game. You can have a team light it up for a half and then score nothing in the second half......lol in that case the Sacramento queens would fit in nicely in the ncaa. Too bad College football is almost done......Its going to suck watching these scrubs play ncaa basketball.

NCAA basketball is a horrible sport in comparison to NBA games. A lot of these kids are pretty average players. The excitement comes from conference games and the emotion. Don't watch college basketball if you want to see great execution and high ability.

it's why coaches that emphasize team over induhviduals do well. It's no wonder teams like MichSt, Butler and Duke made the final 4 last year (and why Kentucky didnt)

And simply the fact that this is why these "KIDS" that are 18,19,20 years old play the sport. They are kids you jackwad. They are not being paid millions of dollars at the moment to watch every shot go through the net. They are there for one goal, to get to a national championship game. You obviously never played alot of ball, or maybe any sport at that. Or even have any kids. Cause then you would know, that "Kids" have dreams of playing college ball, and maybe making it to the NBA. And dont tell me about NBA, cause I watched the whole Lakers versus Pacers game last night. And they were both shooting horrible, and tons of turnovers by bad passes. And you wanna talk about College foots? I watched the Fresno state versus Idaho game saturday night, the fresno state QB fumbled the ball three straight possessions. And one of them was on the Idaho 3 yard line. So once again, everything takes heart, skill, and practice. Somethings are natural, some are developed over time. But dont tell me that there is no point in watching college basketball. Watch any Duke Versus UNC game, or Kansas versus KST, there are a ton of qualitiy teams out there, granted this year may not be as many talented players and teams as in years past, but remember these are "kids" playing. Trying to do the best they can. They are not there to entertain the likes of a bunch of fat ass, dilholes, that probably never did shit in athletics, and are bitching about their skill level. I mean, if you do have kids, what do they do that is sooooooooo impressive and entertaining? I think I have an idea of what it is, Figure Ice Skating right?? Retard.

HAHAHA holy shit! That's hilarious. I didn't think anyone would take the OP's rant this serious.

I think it's "dillholes" or maybe "dill-holes" though.

True true, it is Dillholes, but I was too enraged at the moment to actually care about the spelling or grammer. I mean look at the size of that paragraph. hahaha

LOL, I am going to start using the spell check on here. I knew that as soon as I posted it. Mishawaka huh. I wrestled many of people from mishawaka at state, over four years in highschool, way back in the day. I used to live in Greenwood, but now live back home in Evansville. Nice win by the Irish this past weekend against USC!

talent level is wayy lower in college basketball then in the nba, no one will debate that. it does seem fundementals have went out the door with many of these teams.

It is frustrating to watch sometimes when teams come down, hold the ball for 20-25 seconds only to throw a bad pass that gets stolen or goes out of bounds. I think that's the original posters point. Washington v Kentucky was a high paced game most of the time, but then all of a sudden it became turnover and missed shot contest. It will get better as the season goes on. NCAA hoops is at its best when it's conference season and these teams have 15-20 games under their belts and have a flow. There are so few teams with a lot of guys with experience playing together. I will argue watching UNI with 6 senoirs last year was better basketball than the John Wall/Demarcus Cousins Wildcats. However, the talent level of those players made Kentucky a fun team to tune in for.

and....they have trouble making free throws. I am old enough to remember if you didn't make 80% you were considered inconsistant and terrible from the line.
If a guy shot frees throws today (two handed starting from below the waist) he would be "laughed" off the court.

Quite frankly, I'm surprised that this [proven method] hasn't been rekindled in in todays era for the sake of getting those percentages up where they belong.

The season is about 15 minutes old...

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and think that maybe these teams will improve over the next 4 months before we get to March Madness...
