well i am from cleveland, i like cleveland -3 tonight, green bay did not get any sleep last night due to the outage and they were not able to even get a meal till late last night, so they will be a lil tired, plus i believe kelly holcomb will be trying to have a big game tonght along with tim couch because they are fighting for a starting job. green bay will maybe play favrve the whole 1st,then pederson but i think the browns will be up by at least 14 at halftime ytd 0-0

Doesn't sound like the outage was much of a problem.

From Packers.com:

As of 8 p.m. CT Thursday, the power was still out in Cleveland, but plans for the Packers-Browns preseason game were still on.

It was just after 3 p.m. CT, less than 10 minutes after the Packers arrived at the team hotel, that a power outage, reportedly originating in the New York area, hit Cleveland along with much of the rest of the northeastern United States.

Power is expected to be restored by Friday morning, and the Packers' preseason game should proceed as scheduled, Packers officials said.

Although some team meetings were rescheduled, the situation at the team hotel was surprisingly normal.

"The guys are just kind of going with the flow," quarterbacks coach Darrell Bevell said. "It's a calm situation and they're trying to make the most of it."

In the hours just after the power outage began, players passed the time playing card games and hanging out in the hotel lobby.

Bottles of water were made readily available and a team meal was served as planned.

"Most of the guys are handling it pretty well," fullback William Henderson said. "Guys are just talking and playing games, things we usually do when we're on the road anyway. This is just a little bit of extended free time."

Remember to be careful going against the Packers in preseason. Their first-string defense has holes, but few teams can match their depth.
The Packers' first-stringers lost to Atlanta and Cleveland, but their second- and third-stringers are good by preseason standards. They were responsible for Green Bay beating Atlanta and Cleveland.

yes, i agree. it seems like the 2nd team defense is doing so well against the reserve offense. The starters on defense looked absolutely terrible. You just gotta hope they don't get torched up early so they can't catch up. It could have been ugly tonight if it wasn't for Clev's penalties!

I did go against them in week one when their O-line and receivers were so banged up they were starting new players at almost all positions.
That's the benefit of getting local info.
