She spent so much cash on milkshakes, smoothies and Lattees during her "hunger strike" that it put a huge strain on her finances, I guess. Shouldn't she have gotten a scolarship from Code Pink, or something. All her newfound leftwing friends used her and when they were done they discarded her like last week's newspaper.

I think her leftwing friends would be most likely to recycle the newspapers rather than throw them away.

Ironic that a guy who tag-teamed with JoevaCation against another poster for poor spelling ponders whether Sheehan should have received a "scolarship" for her efforts.

We're on pace for 1000+ more dead soldiers this year in Iraq, so don't worry. There will be plenty of other grieving mothers for you to mock.

Very well probably was a typo. Was pointing out the irony that AL and another poster had a field day mocking someone elses typing error (for days on end)

Loser? Next time I sign up as a ghost to post shit that I'm too much of a fucking coward to post with my regular name here in theRx you can call me a loser. Until then - you own the title.

Coward.

Are you talking about DP and the "plain"? The only reason why I keep harping on that one is because it's funny and especially because he lied about the story, by his own later admission. Funny how you mention this, while being mum with DP and someone else, 919 I think, with their tiresome "you're not an American" attack on Joe C that was a waste of valuable cyperspace.

They wouldn't let him get on a plane. He was banned from Kansas.

People here are getting the idea, unchallenged by Mark, that he is not an American, but continues to keep saying "we" while opining on American Politics. You have to admit it calls into question that persons credibility, and so undermines the position thay take on the issues. No one else thats not an American does that on this forum that I know off...
So the attack was tactically correct. Righties spend alot less brainpower with a feeble attempt to do castigate Cindy Sheehan, the "attention whore!" It wasnt about Cindy Sheehan. It was about her son but you forgot that in your zeal to smear her. Her son was more important to this country than to be sacrificed so fat cat powerbrokers can get billions, so Cheney can line his pockets in reconstruction kickbacks, and the boys with all the power can make money in oil and armament buying and selling. War profiteering being the best way to make the really big buck, mass civilian casulty estimates be dammed, not terrorism, is whats really bringing democracy at gunpoint to a country that is about a thousand to one against ever keeping a democracy thats been forced on them. You have to pay in money and blood to occupy a puppet nation and make fortunes of war a fu*king business. "We", I can say that see, cause im an American Joe, prop up countries and then tear them down when we feel like it and it isnt right when its nothing but but rich guy getting richer at the expense of people like Cindy Sheehans son, and cheered on by aliens like Joe who have other countries interests in mind and its not this one. Thats why hes being called out because it makes it so sneaky and snakelike.
If you want to be taken seriously anymore in this very fu*ked up by a righty dumbbell country that needs smart moves not more dumb ones you need to stop hanging pieces, to use a chess analogy, and then blame the poster for taking them. If Joe
is Canadian he needs to stop with the "we need to atack Iran now" and start with "I think America needs to..."

She was entitled to express her grief and anger. Now she has reached a point where she no longer needs to. That's cool too.

Cindy Sheehan was anti-war before it was cool to be anti-war.

Cindy Sheehan was anti-war when 75% of the US had their heads up their asses and thought they could WIN in Iraq.

Cindy Sheehan is a leader ... and has made great sacrifices ... and I would compare her leadership and sacrifices to that of Bushie's anyday ...

My view is she started out Sincere, and who the Hell can blame her.

But she definately became a left wing whore, and it became more about anti-Bush, than anti war.

Of course she was entitled to her opinion, but I do think the critism she got was fair.

Just like people started bashing HER instead of supporting BUSH. It was easier to say, "Let's call her a whore and ignore the message, and scrap the debate."

Things got personal ... but I will take the sacrifice that she has made for what she believed and challenge anyone to compare that to the sacrifice that the three draft-dodging weasels Bushie, Clinton and Cheney have made ...

I think she's a tragic figure - She lost her son and then her husband left her - I pity her!

Her son volunteered. But again let's face it, she traveled the world to meet with Despots...How'd that advance "the debate"

And I'm not sure how anything else in this post advances the debate?

I am talking about SACRIFICE FOR HER BELIEFS and comparing her to our draft-dodging weasels who talk of "sacrifice" and have done nothing in their lives that comes close to "sacrifice" ...
