The Bengals were leading the Bills, 7-3, before Damar Hamlin’s cardiac arrest that caused the cancelation of their Week 17 tilt. But from what little we saw, Joe Burrow looked quite comfortable in the pocket against the Bills’ pass rush and if his dinged-up offensive line can return to form, this could be an upset for the Cats.
Obviously, Josh Allen will be a formidable adversary to overcome but these are two of the best young quarterbacks in the league, and let’s also not forget that while Allen has Stefon Diggs, Burrow has Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins not to mention Joe Mixon in the backfield. I don’t think either team covered themselves in glory in their wild-card round victories so we’ll take the one with more weapons and a 5 ½ point head start.
