There’s a reason these two teams are in the 9-10 Play-In Game. However, both the No. 9 Raptors (41-41 SU, 42-39-1 ATS) and the No. 10 Bulls (40-42 SU, 40-39-3 ATS) have played considerably better this past month or so, thanks to the additions of Jakob Poeltl for Toronto and Patrick Beverley for Chicago.
While the Raptors won their regular-season series 2-1 SU and ATS, I have to go with the Bulls here at +5. Toronto used to be a high-character, close-knit team, but their enthusiasm level is now somewhere at the bottom of Lake Ontario; head coach Nick Nurse is rumored to be on his way out, possibly taking the same job in Houston next year.
