These teams have yet to meet this season but I can’t help but notice the Blackhawks have dominated this series by winning their last eight games against the Senators, dating back to 2017. Chicago is arguably the worst team in the league this season so it is not easy to justify a bet on them but let’s also understand they are playing a weak foe in the Ottawa Senators. The Blackhawks don’t lose every game they play – it just feels like it – and despite having lost five of their last six contests, I can see taking a flier on them here at a nice price against an Ottawa team that has been playing its best hockey of the season but is due to regress to the mean and will likely be taking the Blackhawks lightly entering this matchup.
