Don’t look now but the Hornets have strung together three consecutive wins and looking for No. 4 as they host the Bulls at the Spectrum Center on Friday night. Although the Hornets have dropped two of three to the Bulls this season, we should note that Chicago has gotten blown
out over their last two games against the Clippers and Lakers. Now the oddsmakers are giving the home team that’s been picking up steam a 6 ½ point head start against a club that is four games below .500 and barely clinging to a playoff spot.
Although I’m no fan of the Hornets, I can’t help but believe we are getting a big bang for our betting buck with the home team in this one, and one whose only win against the visitors was in Charlotte.
