Chatt. just played this team on 2/9 and lost by 2, 82-80 as only a 1 point dog at home. Now they are getting 8.5 from a team that is 3-4 ATS at home. Chatt is 8-2 ATS on the road and a perfect 6-0 as a road dog. Chatt gets my money here +8.5 as I don't see E. Tenn. St. beating them by 9+. Good Luck.
