Chargers Player Wearing Ankle Monitor During the Game ?

After the goal line fumble by the Chargers there was a scramble for the ball and one of the Chargers had something around his ankled that was blinking red under his sock.

Day release program? Alcohol monitor? My eyes were not deceiving me. Rewound it several times and everyone in the house saw it.
