I got me 100 shares at 28 --- it promptly corrected (aka crashed, lol) to 20, before bouncing back

I think its a decent play on the EV craze.

Those babies gonna need juice.

Apparently they are the leaders at this point.

The pros:

The growth for the next 10-15 years should be phenomenal.

They have two things going for them.

They only provide the software and the equipment but not the electricity-- so local utility companies are not competitors but potential allies.

Their software can service just about all the cars (Tesla and such) not just one specific brand.

The cons:

On the other hand the stock is a bit pricey -- I missed the sell off, if it happens again I am getting some more.

The technology can change. (switch out batteries, which at this point would be a faster charge time)

But if it doesnt I am liking this baby
I am gonna set it and forget it.

Bumping this in 10 years

Also the company has a bunch of influential backers like Volkswagen, BMW. I think Shell and National Grid as well

A lot of Fortune 500 companies have them in their parking lots.

A few hedge funds are investors like Kyle Bass, who will go on tv and tout the company

CHPT

6 mth daily

200 sma

big.chart

i knwo NOTHING about this company , lol . with that said, never easy to buy low and sell high as our minds arent wired for that .

eliminate all the candles from late dec 2020 (after the long red candle); ask this question, given an investor likes the sector; where is VALUE to buy?

- at a support ; it blew through multiple supports like a hot a knife through butter
- at the 50 sma; it blew through that, kaput
- at the 200 sma ; last straw :)

bounced off the 200 sma and formed a bullish hammer pattern on friday (no confirmation candle)

imho, great initial entry point . IF it were to lose the 200 sma with a candle closing below it? ..um , NOT GOOD

great Biden sector -- that chap is likely going all in with clean energy

Since the drop is because of market correction not because of stock specific issue...

Bought another 50 shares at 20.5

(would buy another 150-200 shares if the market were to correct further-- in the low 10's)
