Edmonton at Saskatchewan (-6.5)
Back-to-back weeks of fouling the bed for the Eskimos make me feel like they're a team in danger of losing direction entirely. Now they hit the road to play a team playing with a lot of confidence in an environment that's tough on visiting teams under the best of circumstances.

If this game plays out like I expect it will, I think we'll start to see some value being lost on Sasky pointspreads.

Offenses are moving but points being left unscored. If they can turn some of those field goals into touchdowns in the second half they'll hit the over.

2H is 24.5 at some spots, and that's a hook I wouldn't eat.

I have the 2010 Tiger-Cats pegged as a middle-of-the-pack team under the best of circumstances (and I think Kevin Glenn has them playing below that level right now) while the Bombers have a defense I like and it now looks like Buck Pierce has brought them an offense. If they can avoid the sloppiness and lack of focus that plagued them last week, I like their chances for a SU win. But I'll hedge a little and take the points.

Montreal at BC, U 55
So far it's been a season heavy on the Overs, but with the total at 55, I like the chances of an Under sneaking in. Especially with a BC offense that I expect to be conservative both because they don't want to risk a quarterback and because they won't want to get involved in a shootout against Anthony Calvillo.
