I took the over in BC/CAL 51.5 and I jumped on the 2nd half over 25.5 too. I will admit when I am lucky, there was no reason this game should have went over. Wynn went 2-2 for 2 TD's and 3rd stringer (I can't remember his name lol) had a 40 yard run and went 1-1 for a TD. I got lucky. It was close to being a disaster. I need EDM/TOR over 49 tonight for a big play on my teaser (Sask/Ott over 46.5 was the 1st part). I don't know why people are betting the under 54.5 tonight in Tor/Edm. I will bet just to go against everyone small on the over. This game will be a shootout. Funny how my odds that I forecasted would be ideal for this week:

Edm blows out Toronto in a shootout, new record (11-3). I don't see why people liked the under, I knew Edmonton was going to explode with points. The line moved from 55 down to 54 at some places. I did what I normally don't do and bet preseason as risky as it is and I was stupid and bet the Bears -3 thinking they had 3 decent QB's Stewart, Chandler and Grossman and Indy's 2nd stringer broke a finger. I thought that game was a joke and the Bears won by only 2 (20-18) so now my record is (11-4). I also took the Cowboys -3. All the hype about Parcells hates losing, maybe Shockey really got to him, they lost 13-0 new record(11-5). I did not post these two preseason games and I was on the fence about taking KC over SF -4, Garcia was out and KC looked decent against GB but I held off. Good thing I didn't take it. My preseason record is 2-2 and I am officially done after my last bet NYJ -2 1st half over CIN. I hope I can finish the season 60% with a win opposed to 40% if I lose. Anyways lets get back on track to the real deal money making CFL:

Looks like the Jets came through for me (12-5). That makes my record 3-2 for NFL Preseason. I will take another stab at NFL. I will take Eagles +0.5 1st half. I like Donavan and Koy Detmer to out play Brooks and Huard for NO. Look out for my monster play for CFL tomorrow once the lines are out.

Winnipeg has picked up their offense and look out for them to explode against a young Ottawa secondary. Winnipeg has defence problems of their own. This is the same team that surrendered 50 points to Montreal. Ottawa is no Montreal but they will put up some points in this one. Toronto and Edmonton in a dome with a mad Damon Allen who will get a few days rest, enough said.

Okay not a bad outing. Really went big on the 1st qrt Philly pick and had medium Philly 1st half and lost on the 2nd half under 16.5 by a half point. I knew that would haunt me. Not bad, new record 14-6 since posting here and I feel like in CFL I cannot lose. Here is my play for tomorrow.

Yeah I am glad that agreed with my bet. Looks like my teaser is on the way, I only need Tor/Edm over 49.5 and I hit really big. I hit on my over bet today and that makes my record 15-6 since I have been here. I have no opinion on Toronto and Edmonton other than the over 49.5 is my teaser play. The key to being successful in professional gambling is "you don't have to bet every game on". I only bet games when I really like them and I have to stay away from the side and total as I am cheering for my over 49.5. Good luck to those who do bet it, I will post a halftime if there is a good play. Vegasguy who do you like?

Hey Peter,

Thanks for the compliment about CFL. During the last few months I was on the road for business and did not have that much time to do anything much less post at the Rx. I had an incredible year with Arena 72% and last year went 62% for CFL and 56% NFL and 49% NBA. My NFL 2 Team Teasers hit 67% last year and that is what I normally play so I will be sharing those all year. Good luck this year Peter, do you bet CFL?

Well Miami was up and gave up a TD in the last minute of the game, what can you say (15-7). Good thing I played SF/Oak under 37 for the same amount I placed down on MIA (16-8). I am from the East Coast and the books got lucky on my CFL teaser and got to cancel my 2 teamer that already won a game. Toronto game got postponed until Sunday and the books got lucky on this one. Anyway have to stay focused here and I am going with a two team teaser:

The teaser went down the drain and just like I thought the Blackout Omen is on (16-11). I never thought I could go 1-5 but after how I felt with that blackout I am not surprised at all. Still up large for the season but I need a couple of days with no action to re-focus so good thing no CFL game until Thursday and I am going to stick to my guns unless something really stands out, "no preseason NFL".

Dead on the ball with the lines on BC/Ham and Edm/Sask and off by one point for the totals on both. I feel like I am more relaxed and have my MONSTER PLAY for this week and this is the only game I am playing for 5 units:

BC/HAM OVER 53

BC will win this one scoring about 40 points against a horrible Hamilton defense. Great news story about this pick, weather is never a factor in the dome and there has not been one game this year in the dome that has not gone OVER. Take 53 while you can, Greek is already up to 54 and Pinny -109 53. This line will move to about 54.5 by game time. Danny Mac is no Feterik without any receivers. Amerson has been playing well lately and BC does not have a great secondary. Look for Hamilton to score at least 21 points in this affair.

Hey Maximum,

I don't have an account with Catalina. I like the books that create the CFL numbers like Greek and then Pinny and Bowmans. Killed the over 53 and recently took the middle on Winny/Cal 11.5 - 13 points. Not really considering this a play cause it is a middle.
