I think you could probably make a case for either team given the time to do so but I think the factors that matter favor Saskatchewan and the UNDER. The weather is also a potential factor here that could help us out. I like to play UNDERs early in the week for mainly that reason.

Calgary is playing on 5 days rest and over the years that tends to enhance UNDER plays and the opposite side - its not an automatic "play agains" or "UNDER" but it helps. Saskatchewan has had three losses this season on 6, 5 and 6 days rest but have had a full week to prepare here. Calgary split two games with Edmonton on 4 and 5 days rest but Edmonton was in the same position.

Although Saskatchewan will be without R Dressler and P Boreham they have managed to substitute in situations like this before. Saskatchewan plays a ball control-type offense already having only had two games this season where they passed for 300 yards or more. They have other weapons to pick up the slack in my view. Calgary has had five 300-plus passing games but three of those games were versus Winnipeg and Toronto and the aforementioned games with Edmonton.

Calgary barely got by Hamilton two games ago in a game they should have lost and didn't show much resistance versus Montreal last week - a team that had little to play for.

thanks .........had Saskatchewan under circled as they are a perfect under ( 9-0 to the under ) versus division opponents on the road the last 2 years...............

Good to see you back posting Northern Ice !!
Been a weird CFL yr...always appreciate your input.

Love the Riders w/you tomorrow...2 teams seem to be going opposite directions. Really surprised w/Cgy...I've always been a big Hufnagel fan. Can't believe how they're struggling to move the ball.

Eskies should put in a better effort tonite, never a bad idea being on the other side of the Argos.

I've said this before, earlier in the season, and I'll say it again, Ricky Ray is a very, very overrated fucking quarterback. He gets a lot of love from the media, particularly the TSN broadcasters when they do one of his games. The guy is totally overrated and the fact that the NY Jets sent him right back to where he came from certainly brought him down to where he belongs, that being an average quarterback in the Canadian Football League.
