CLEMSON @ GEORGIA TECH

.The favorite in this series is just 1-13 L14 meetings. Systems play says take the dog.

TAKE Clemson +4.5

TULANE @ ARMY

Tulane lost at home to CUSA Rival Army last season by a score, 14-10, as 20-point favorites. The Tulane Green Wave are 0-5 ATS L5 vs. Army and 0-4 ATS L5 visiting the Cadets The Green Wave are also a pathetic 4-13 ATS versus service academies. The home team in the C-USA rivalry 6-1 ATS L7 overall . I'm expecting for Tulane to be looking ahead to their big game with Texas next week. Also for some unknown reason this offensively gifted Tulane team always seems to have their heads in the clouds rather than on their opponents. Tulane should win this game out right. But the Cadets make it interesting.

TAKE Army+16.5

UCLA @ OKLAHOMA

The Bruins come into this game having cashed six straight on the road against non-conference competition. Oklahoma has lost the cash in five of its last seven against the Pac-10. UCLA's offense has scored only 17 points this season, and 233 total yards of offense, and are due for a break out game . Oklahoma on the other hand is a team that has faced only cupcakes to this point in the season so OSU QB Jason White and his receivers maybe in for some surprises today vs. a very tough Bruins secondary. Two overpowering defenses will slug it out today in Oklahoma. This game stays fairly close until the end.

TAKE UCLA +19

MICHIGAN @ OREGON

The Wolverines have averaged 40.3 points per game on the season so far and Michigan comes into this game having demolished their three opponents this season by combined total score of 133-10 .The Ducks of Oregon have won 16 consecutive vs. opponents at home against non-conference foes and have gone 8-3 ATS outside the Big-10. The Wolverines on the road are 0-5 ATS in their last five first road games of the season . .I’m looking at a stellar performance from the Ducks today at home, while the let down scenario after last weeks big win over Notre Dame may well keep the Wolverines on the down side of what I expect to be a possible outright upset favoring Oregon. note the Oregon run defense has been incredible to this point in the season allowing just 71 yds per game. Michigans RB Chris Perry despite being the real deal will finally know what it feels like to face a real defense. Home field advantage for the Ducks, and a balanced offense and defense should keep this game close until the end.

Take the Ducks plus the points +7.5

TEMPLE @ CINCINNATI

The Bearcats come into this game having the best rushing offense and run defense in the entire USA conference. The Bearcats are also coming off an upset win over West Virginia last week. Cincinnati have cashed seven of their last 10 at home in non-conference tilts. The Owls are 4-9-1 ATS on the road in non-conference competition. This is strictly a momentum call as both teams are headed in opposite directions.

TAKE Cincinnati -13.5

GEORGIA VS. LSU 3:30 EST

The Bulldogs invade “Death Valley” looking to pull off the impossible…win for the 9th straight time under HC Richt on the SEC road. That’s just an incredible streak, and it speaks volumes for what HC Richt and his staff has done to the UGA football program. The Bulldog’s have picked up right where they left off from a year ago, and they have the veteran player’s in place to get the job done in this hostile environment. QB Greene has been rock solid, and the re-vamped O-line has held its own. They will get their biggest test of the season today, but I think they’ll be able to handle it. I think LSU has taken a few steps back this year, and I don’t see Tiger Stadium as being that intimidating during the day. UGA has a bye next week; so I expect them to really come out focused to get this solid road win this afternoon.

RECOMMENDATION: GEORGIA BULLDOGS (+1’)

MIAMI VS. BOSTON COLLEGE 12:00 EST

I don’t know what it is, but the Eagles really step their game up whenever the Canes pay them a visit. They’re 3-0 ATS the L/3 times the Canes invaded Alumni Stadium, and are 8-1 SU in the 1st of two or more home games. I had BC pegged to take a step back this year, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised with what they’ve done in their first 3 games. Winning on the road is never an easy thing to do, but to go into Beaver stadium and hammer PSU like they did was very impressive. Last weeks win at UCONN was very nice as well, and it instilled more confidence in this team for this week. BC looks to be very balanced offensively, and I see them giving the Canes “D” some problems. I expect the Eagles to keep it closer than the experts think, and an outright upset isn’t out of the question.

RECOMMENDATION: BC EAGLES (+12’)

TEXAS VS. RICE 8:00 EST

The Longhorns got hooked last week by a very motivated Arkansas team, and look to take out their frustrations on the Owls. Tonight. Their run defense was ripped a part last week, so I expect them to look to improve themselves vs. the running Rice squad. HC Brown better put his best food forward tonight, as he’s already on thin ice after last week.
UT is 6-1 ATS after an upset loss at home, and is 6-1 ATS their L/7 as a 30 or more point favorite. This one’s gonna get real ugly folks!!!

RECOMMENDATION: TEXAS (-30)
