Starting from today I will post exclusively in this thread for the remainder of the season in CBB, or until I feel like making another one :finger: whichever comes first. Doubt that anyone cares or minds what I do anyhow so yea, on with the show. Good luck to everyone who views this cuz you're gonna need it. HaHa

California Golden Bears +8 @ USC Trojans
>>Going with a top play on the Bears as this is just too many points for USC to be giving in what I see to be basically an even game. The only advantage the Trojans appear to have here is that they're at home, and to me that shouldn't be worth no 8 points. Look for Cal to be in this game throughout and it wouldn't surprise me at all if they won it straight-up. USC over the last 3 seasons is 9-24 ATS at home, 7-23 ATS as a favorite either at home or away and 3-10 ATS since 1997 when laying 6.5 to 9 points. As for these two teams playing head-to-head, well the Golden Bears are 5-1 ATS since 1997 against USC in Trojan land.Nuff said!

>>Pretty simple case in this one. Stanford is 7-0 both S/U and ATS versus UCLA at UCLA since 1997. I do think the Bruins win this one however, but just barely. Our 7 points should be more than enough to get us by.
Arizona Wildcats -2 @ Oregon Ducks
>>Hate to lay points on the road in conference play but with that being said I'm gonna have to back the better and more experienced team in this one. Arizona seems to have the Ducks number when traveling, going both 2-0 SU and ATS the L3 seasons. Also, Oregon is just 1-5 ATS since 1997 as a home underdog of 3 points or less.

>>Not quite ready to jump on that Florida bandwagon as of yet, mainly because I'm just not that impressed with their team as a whole. Way too much inconsistency for me to back on the road and with this game being played in rowdy Starksville I'll side with the Bulldogs who have to be hungry for a win and attonment for their disappointing showing as of late. Mississippi State is currently 5-1 ATS at home this season and 10-3 overall ATS the L3 seasons when playing at home.

>>The Bruins are 8-1 ATS as underdogs this season, including a perfect 6-0 ATS mark on the road. UCLA is also 14-1 S/U against these Cougars since 1997. Yup, now thats strong. Give me three and a half points and that kind of favorable trend everyday of the week.

>>I know the Tarheels are good, very good even, but this is still too many points to be giving a Wolfpack that needs a quality win badly for any shot come tourney time and they'd love nothing more than to get it here against their rivals from Chapel Hill. State might not win this one but it has close game written all over it. The Pack are 18-7 ATS the L3 seasons as underdogs, and more importantly when it comes to this series they are 5-1 ATS since 1997 against the Tar Heels when on the road.

Oregon State Beavers -3 at -107 vs. Washington State Cougars
>>Laying the short number with what I think is the better team on their homecourt. Yea yea, Washington State beat Arizona in Arizona but so what. The Wildcats were coming off a huge emotional win the game before that against Washington and had a clear and obvious let-down. Show me what else this Cougar team has done this season? All I know is I've watched them play about 4 or 5 times this season and I honestly think they may very well be the worst shooting team I've seen so far this year. They had one lucky game and the spread has been overly-adjusted for them since. The Beavers take care of business tonight. Also, over the L3 seasons Oregon State is 2-0 both S/U and ATS at home against Washington State.

>>The better team getting points warrants a play from me here. Hawaii is 2-0 ATS the L3 seasons at Louisiana Tech and 5-1 ATS on the road this season. The Bulldogs, meanwhile, are 1-5 ATS this season both as a favorite and after scoring 60 points or less their previous game.
Xavier Muskateers +14 @ Cincinnati Bearcats
>>Too many points for a Bearcat team that doesn't score enough points consistently to cover. Xavier over the past 3 seasons is 8-2 ATS versus good defensive teams (allow 64 points or less) and 16-6 ATS when playing a team with a winning record after 15 or more games. More importantly though is the Muskateers 5-1 ATS record versus these Bearcats since 1997.

Colorado Buffaloes -2.5 vs. Texas A&M Aggies
>>The only thing scary to me about this game is the fact that the Aggies are coming off a 30+ point loss to Texas the other day so you never can be too sure how a team, any team bounces back from something like that. Other than that everything for this game points to a Buffaloes win and cover. Colorado is the better and hotter team right now, and in this series they've been nearly perfect the past few seasons posting a 7-1 record both S/U and ATS since 1997.
Alabama-Birmingham Blazers +11.5 @ Cincinnati Bearcats
>>I don't see anything but a close game in this one. The Bearcats will do good just to get a win here, which is far from a sure thing in my opinion. Since 1997 UAB is 7-1 ATS after 3 or more losses and 17-6 ATS versus good defensive teams that allow 64 or fewer points a game. Meanwhile, Cincinnati is 9-22 ATS the L3 seasons versus a team with a winning record after 15 or more games.
Ohio Bobcats +5 @ Detroit
>>So many trends, where do I begin. Well first off Ohio is 45-24 ATS the L3 seasons in any game theres been a spread in. Also, they are 11-3 ATS this year and 36-15 ATS the L3 after a conference game...6-0 ATS this year, 20-7 the L3 following a loss against a conference rival...5-1 ATS this year, 20-8 ATS the L3 on saturdays...and finally 8-1 ATS the L3 seasons against a good defensive team that allows 64 points or less a game after 15 or more games into the season. Anything else you ask? Why of course. On the other side Detroit is 9-21 ATS the L3 years when playing a team with a winning record. So in conclusion we have this...a very close game throughout and if the Bobcats don't get the win (which I think they will) they will definetly cover the generous 5 points we're getting from "da man"

>>More or less a feeling play here. I just think UMass is the better team and more times than not will win this game at a Pick'um spread. One good thing I should note for us is that Lasalle is 1-7 ATS this season at home. So either they're due or they stink. We'll see.
