It happens at mine alot with one pit manager, but its also not until you do a player update when a guest is up $3-5k+. Most pits are just like ok, let me know if they get to 10

Its the $5-10 blackjack table with $500 on the layout among 3 players who are always like, they are bringing in the cooler etc at a dealer change

How much of it do you think is as a preventative measure to stop any collusion between dealer/player? It's obviously rare, but it does happen, and I would think it would be hard to detect if done minimally.

I.e. A dealer has a signal system that they'd only use once a week, where he will signal to a certain player on a big bet, information about his hole card. The dealer obviously must have a way to peek at his hole card... some dealers are better at this than others. They could change the signal every week, to make it even harder to detect.

Next to none fz. Its just a supersticious boss. If there was going to be collusion, you would want to do it there

I love the small players who think this. It takes all of my self control not to laugh at them.

Yep normally the $10 bettors up $200 always griping the most. I say we always send our coolers to $5 blackjack. Mind you we have 10-20 people in mini bac pit betting $1000 or more a hand. Watched a mini bac player lose over 300k this weekend

For anyone who wants to earn money playing blackjack, a lot of good information here from a pitboss exposing all his weaknesses in being able to identify winning players.

Spotting card counters is very easy in today's age of very few BJ tables; a counter's only chance of avoiding it is to stick to the $5 and $10 tables.

My buddy will slide a $25 chip under his chips when he wins occasionally without dealer seeing. I keep waiting for him to get caught. Like when dealer is paying left to right.

kidman -- how does the "cooler" dealer actually cool off things at the table?

At Winstar Casino they rotate dealers about every 20 min. And they definitely change dealers if you start winning a lot.

Also heard on The Hardline's Friday Concert Calendar it's a great place to catch up on your Bro Country music acts as well as washed up rockers like Ted Nugent
