tizzie, who would i like if im neutral on abortion, neutral on a balanced budget, neutral on a business tax, heavily funded public school system, strong investment in new energy, strong investment in the environment, against guns on most part, for universal healthcare, oppose patriot act, no illegal immigration, put up a wall, leave iraq asap, economic sanction on iran, punish outsourcing companies, tax increase on top 10 percent, fine with same sex marriage, increase social security and pro unions.

what candidate now and what famous politicans, philosophers, etc. would i agree with. thanks.

obama, hillary liberals in general fits that profile the most

not really much difference between obama and hillary other than black man vs. white women thing

this dem party split between the two is utterly comical

nah ron paul against abortion well wants to overturn roe vs. wade and leave it to the states

balanced budge a huge priority of his

wants lower business tax

wants to abolish the department of education so public of funding schools no

strong investment in new energy doesn't think the federal government should be involved because as history has shown us they give us shams like ethanol from corn which is a complete waste of money and only makes food prices go higher

pro gun big time

universal healthcare hell no

oppose patriot act hell yeah

no illegal immigration hell yeah

leave iraq hell yeah

economic sanction on iran hell no

punish outsourcing companies hell no

tax increase of top 10 per hell no

same sex marriage state issue

increase social security big hell no....let younger people opt out

dems fit really close to that profile really close....

just don't agree with the immigration thing

as well as historically they are pro war/nation building (see bubba) but the parties flip on that issue all the time

marxism is good. joe c, what do you think the definition of marxism is.

well gtc08, if we were a Marxist state, you wouldn't have any choice about staying or leaving, at least based upon how the most Marxist governments govern.

Maybe Marx never foresaw how much people would hate socialism and would try to move to FREE countries.

I think Ann Coulter summed it up best:

"On domestic issues, Ron Paul is MAGNIFICENT. On foreign policy, he's a Neville Chamberlain."
