The Carling Cup final goes tomorrow, and I figure as this is the final, I will make a small play on it.

Totenham +0.5 -122 (2 units)

I figure the Carling Cup means a little bit more to Totenham than it does for Chelsea, for one thing it may be the only trophy they get their hands on, and secondly the winner gets a UEFA cup spot. Tottenham are expected to field a full strength lineup, while Chelsea are expected to be playing without Frank Lampard and John Terry. Also, it is expected that Avram Grant will not start Anelka and Drogba together. Spurs coach Juande Ramos is a good cup tactician, as evidenced during his reign at Sevilla, and should be able to at least ensure that the game goes to extra time. After that, the game turns into a crapshoot, so I'll take the half goal with Tottenham.

too good of a team to be at this price ... unbeaten in 16, 12-4-0
