car accident help?

i was involved in a car accident last night which was ruled the other persons fault by the police. problem is my license was susp and i guess they ddint run it through the computer bc they didnt say anything about it. im susp for non payment of surcharges. the car i was driving is under my dads ins im not listed as a driver. now wil lthe ins stil lpay to fix the car and will they find out i was susp?

I have owned a collision center for 7 years. Don't think they will run your license. If it is Geico they will write an est. and cut you a CK on the spot.

The funny part is, it came from a tow company I had 3 years ago.
We would do impounds and on one of the impound a guy said this is like a hook and crook.
