Can't watch CD

Just got a new Golf Cd and put it in the computer to look at and nothing happens. Any suggestions?:monsters-

No Picture on Cd

No audio or video on new Golf Video. Tried to put in cd and also computer and nothing happens.

you can open the folder of the cd and click on autorun or setup icon of the program.
Or if it is a video simply right click on your D drive and select play.

Go to My computer and then double or right click your D drive (assuming that the CD/dvd drive is D on your system!) to view or play!

Tried all that and nothing happens. can hear the Golf video turning but screen is blank. When i go to DS drive my choces don't have play, only open.

Can'r watch dvd

Sorry , noticed i put cd, meant to say DVD. I tis a Golf video, but can't see anything but screen. thanks

uh, try playing the video file with windows media player classic

or vlc media player.

if it's a dvd video. you just need the dvd codecs. cyberlink powerdvd or intervideo windvd has the codecs. then you can use WMP as your default browser to play the dvd fine.

Can't watch DVD

Tried downloading the codecs to no avail. Can hear the disc turning , just no sound or video. Strange, worked great three weeks ago. Hate to take to the geek squad for something easy and get screwed just like everyime i take to them.
