Can't connect to pinny...

Been having trouble with this for awhile. Most of the time I can't connect to pinnacle, although it had been fine for about 10 days. Basically the connection times out. I've tried deleted all stored info (cookies, cache etc) and using different browers, but that has no effect. I also suffer the problem on my other laptop that uses the same connection. Any ideas?

A few other issues that might be related-

The offers on the mansion exchange used to usually show up blank, although that hasn't happened recently.

When navigating through CRIS, often only the menu loads without stuff like betting options, slip confirmation etc. Basically it means I have to keep reloading the site.

Have you tried using Firefox?

The problem you are having is tough because it's on two machines, however its possible that your machine is locking/freezing the page because there may be some java which is causing the issue.

If you're using internet explorer -- grab a copy of firefox and see if that makes a difference. If it doesn't, then look at installing the latest java (free) from Sun.

I was already using firefox (1.5x), upgraded to 2.01 and pinny is now loading fine? Was some software out of date or something?

Well it works on and off (usually not). Have the latest java but it doesn't work on my other laptop either, and they both share the same connection. Any chance there is a problem with the ISP or proxy and not my own settings?
