He simply has a better crystal ball than the rest of us, he peered into that shiny ball and saw that Boise was going to score their only two TD's via a pick 6 and off a fake punt on a 4th and 9 from their own side of the field, he then peered a little deeper and saw that TCU was going to drop a TD in the endzone which would have tied the game...and presto, his prediction, after the fact of course is made.
