WEEK 1: 2-0 (+4.0 UNITS)
WEEK 2: 3-0 (+6.0 UNITS)
2005 SEASON TOTAL: 5-0 (+10.0) UNITS)

WEEK 3 PICKS

CALGARY -3 over Winnipeg
The bye week in the first week of the season hurt Calagary. All cylinders will be firing for the Stampeders when they visit Winnipeg and Burris should shine against a weak Winnipeg defence. Also, the Calgary defence should have no problem controlling the line of scrimmage against a Winnipeg offensive line that is a work in progress.

EDMONTON +3 over Montreal
The Allouettes are still smarting after their embarassing OT loss to Ottawa last week. They will be hungry for a win to put that game out of their heads but getting a win against Edmonton is not going to be that easy. Through the first 2 weeks Edmonton have shown that their defence is the best in the league and a slow footed Calvillo should be an easy target. Edmonton have also demonstrated that they are a force on offence and the Montreal defence will have their hands full trying to contain Ricky Ray.

BC LIONS -13 over Ottawa
The Lions will not make the same mistake Montreal did last week. B.C. is the class of the CFL this year and they will not let up against Ottawa in their home opener on Friday. There should be a large crowd on hand for this game and the domed stadium noise will cause lots of problems for the Ottawa offence. I expect the Lions to win this game by 20+ points.

TORONTO -3 over Saskatchewan
Saskatchewan are 2-0 so far this year but look who they have beaten. Winnipeg and Hamilton - unquestionably the 2 worst teams in the league. The Roughriders did not look particularily good against Hamilton last week in a very ugly game where both offenses relied on numerous penalty calls to move the ball. Saskatchewan's offence is also pretty banged up coming into this game with Dominguez and Keith both questionable. The Argos only other game at home this year was a loss to B.C. so they will be very eager to give the hometown crowd something to cheer about. Toronto will win this game by AT LEAST a converted touchdown.

Nice analysis, agree with all your picks. We probably end up playing them all myself.

With a record like that I found a good capper to tail I think :103631605

The only risky play is the Edmonton pick in my opinion. Montreal will be some pissed stepping onto that field and if Edmonton doesn't react well defensively they will blow apart like any other team.

Good picks man :toast:

Just got back from the game guys. That was some ugly football. This Blue Bomber team is bad. We'll make money fading these guys.

We're destroying them, feels great beating these lines, I didn't listen to the game, were we ever close to getting moosed or backdoor covered at the end?

Bluebomber receiver dropped a pass with nothin' but real estate in front of

him...lol

would have given them the lead, with roughly 2 minutes to play.

If you watch the replay it is hilarious. It is like they can't win for trying.

Both are out, Dominguez for awhile (torn ACL). Keith should return in a couple weeks.

As HPark says, both are OUT. Saskatchewan is also missing one of their top offensive linemen. I really like Toronto tonight and I am currently thinking of laying a little more on the Argos to make up for last night.

Man if Meyers sits on the football and gives up one point the Lions more then likely cover -13, look for him to be looking for a new job next week, unforgiveable mistake, as it was I missed the boat on the entire game but got BC -8 for the second half........(weeeeeeeee as i wipe my brow).I like TO tonight as well, Sask. is hurting with injuries (top Offensive player out) and TO has a very good D.

Week 3 started out on the right foot with a Calgary cover and then went into the crapper with a PUSH and 2 losses. Week 4 should be fun! Congrats to sharky - he is rippin' it up!

WEEK 2: 3-0-0 (+6.0 UNITS)
