Don't know anything specificially about BetDSI but with an Internet telephony service like Vonage its really easy to set up a "virtual" phone number in another city and/or country. Not saying this is or isn't what they're doing, but it would be very simple for them to set it up so they could call from Costa Rica or wherever and have a 702 number appear on your phone....from a telemarketing standpoint there might be some valid reasons to do this as I'd imagine that most people would be more likely to answer a domestic call from a number they don't recognize than an international call...
