I can't find the unemployment rate under Clinton but I did find these interesting facts...
2-18-92: The tabloid magazine The Globe reveals that Candidate Clinton allegedly fathered a "love child" with an under-aged black Arkansas prostitute, Bobbie Ann Williams, during one of his 16 paid visits. The eventual DNA test which allegedly let Clinton off the hook may have been deliberately compromised by the FBI.
