Call Me Vile - But Was This Suicide Due To Last Game?

Yes, this post may be censored, deleted or (same thing) dumped into the Rubber Room, but in the spirit of today's press which ever since Watergate asks indelicate questions of public figures:

Could young Dungy's apparent suicide have been due to the defeat inflicted upon his dad's team by the Charger last week?

I know, it sound outrageous and insensitive, but the coincidence is striking. We may never know what caused the tragedy, but it's certainly worth considering that the youngster may have bet a lot more than he shoud have that Indy would go undefeated this year.

I mean, the kid seemed by all accounts to be pretty content up to that game. Anything's possible.

Yes, it is vile-and No, it's not true. He overdosed in October & ended up in the hospital after calling the cops & saying that he was depressed.

OK I'll Bite..........I'll be the moderator that dumps this where it belongs....

As time goes by, i always think that no one can post something that will surprise me, or shock me, but never fail, someone accomplishes it....

I have nothing against you SD2, dont believe we have ever had any run in, nor do i recall you making many "insensitive" or purposely hurtful posts, but this has to take the cake.....And by the wording of your post, i think you knew that, before you ever posted it....

I am amazed.......If I am not mistaken, Indy has "lost" before, to cite that as a reason for such a tragedy, is just ABSURD.....

Golly, that's what I like most about the Rx posting forums ---- witty and intelligent commentary. Analytical ability at its pinnacle.

Of course, if I'd thought there was even a one in a gazillon chance that a member of the Dungy family were members of the Rx . . . . . . (Tony has said more than once " . . . . I'm a league guy." And, natch, the "league" would like to see sites like Rx die a rapid death.)

But I feel pretty good on this holiday (and Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukuh and Joyful Kwanzaa) for giving the wonderful gift of self-righteousness to so many charming folks.

this kid had way more shit wrong with him than the colts losing a game.....Like most kids his age, he probably didn't even care how the colts did....anyone that takes their own life has some serious problems and are on a much deeper scale than their daddy's NFL team losing a game. He will face his plight, and live the rest of his life in damnation for being so selfish.
