Why will USC be ranked ahead of Penn State after tomorrow? Are they better? Of course. But they both have one loss. USC was dominated by an inferior team. Penn State gave the game away at the end.

Actually I'd prefer seeing a rematch between Oregon St. + one season experience vs Penn St. That would be interesting. Maybe USC will go elsewhere in BCS land. The conference could use the cash, especially both Washington teams. The Pac needs a cash infusion at least, plus a decent coach at UW.... etc. (long list)
