For what it's worth - Maybe some one else has had a balance (figure wrong issue). I didn't get an email for over 90 minutes, but when I called their customer service # it was fixed in less than 5 minutes....Another 'clear your cookies deal"..And I told the representative that I had done that, he said sometime it hangs... No harm No foul..
