May as well do some golf! Guy tells me Will Z gets 1st win. Great spot. Texas Guy in great form outside a leaky putter at times. Plus very familiar with this course.
Long and wide open. Spray and pray bombers may have an edge especially if wind plays a factor. Not much trouble here off the tee. Par 5’s all reachable for big hitters. Scoring and birdie fest type course here. Low -20 Under type score possible. Much much deeper field than last year. 2nd year at TPC Ranch.
2 super short par 4’s
4 scoring par 5’s
Little to none Hazards come in olay
Zoysia fairways (prey much ball is teed up fairway)
Bent Greens (somewhat fast very smooth)
Bent greens should help bad putters as most neutral greens. And these greens roll smoothly. Solid approach guys should feast. Texas guys always seem to play well in Texas. South Africa guys also. May as well grab a mix of bombers, Texas guys and some Asian always pops off in Texas . Grab several positions on T5-T10 guys for little insurance into weekend if we got a pulse. Then see what to win value is out there.
Will take a position on few to win and evaluate some value after day 1.2,3. For win odds. Pretty solid field up top. I’d imagine it’s under 30-1 odds player who wins on pretty easy course (minus wind)
