Definitely warranted banning. You never know about some of these people. He could go postal at the bash and take out a few of our best posters. Journeyman and his 18 inch arms of steel better be there for our protection. That is a lot of crap. Heatohio registered 14 months ago and has 3370 posts, he is not some newbie or ghost looking to start trouble. What caused his banning was something he brought on himself.
The Rx gets dozens of new registrations everyday and at least 95% are either normal posters who jump in and contribute or lurkers who want to view the forum but are reluctant to post. The other 5% are spammers, touts and the occasional trouble maker.
Posts like yours irk me because they make it appear that all we have to offer here at The Rx. are trouble makers and bullies when the truth is the majority by a long shot are good solid people who like to bet on sports. For every Heatohio or newbie keyboard tough guy there are hundreds of intelligent, courteous contributers who enjoy sharing their knowledge of sports wagering with others. There is absolutley no reason for any one to be scared of The Rx. as you put it.

I am not sure WCBias meant it like you put it Wil. We all know the large majority of posters here have something to offer. Like any place on the internet there will be some bad apples. Heatohio is probably not a bad apple overall, but his argument tactics are way over the top and for that he was the weakest link.

Wow! this is for real. That really is him "jesse" I had an offline exchange and that name matches the one in this video that was coming up on his email. Also when you put his name in a google search it came up with an animal rights group that is named H.E.A.T.

Typically on the internet things have a way of being exaggerated, W.C Bias posts that The Rx. is getting scary and because it is on the internet it has to be true. Next thing you know other sites are saying man The Rx. is one big brawl, with nothing but keyboard tough guys. The truth is that all of the mods work very hard to keep peace in the sport forums which has made for courteous and respectful dialog between posters in the vast majority of threads in all of the sport forums.

Sorry Wil, post wasn't meant to flame the Rx, But I've been here a long time and I've never seen so much bullshit bashing, and it's getting worse daily. I agree 110% there are great great people here and I'm sure many of the newbies are great people. And I'm sure the 5% you pointed to cause 95% of the problems.
When someone makes a pick and there are more than two responses, there is a very good chance that someone is going to bash in the thread. I certainly don't mind taking shit from others, lord knows I dish plenty of it, but others here just don't deserve it, and some of the bashing is totally uncalled for or has absolutely nothing to do with gambling. And I'd be willing to bet a great deal of it comes from some young punk in his dorm room that hit one big bet and now thinks they are a pro gambler.
Look, this site is phenomenal, you have to take the good with the bad.
