Some of you may be acquainted with J.R. Miller's sports service/web site www.professionalgambler.com. The web site provides some excellent food for thought, but a recent communication I had with them left me skeptical.
Prospective subscribers are asked to monitor Mr. Miller's picks for 100 - 200 selections in order to get a feel for his performance over a relatively long period of time. This makes sense, cuz as we all know, anyone can have a losing streak.
But his results are posted for only the last few days at the Web site!! Below is a copy of the correspondence I had with them concerning this issue.
I'll let you be the judge, but the excuse for not posting longer-term results seems fishy to me. I have never paid a dime for a sports service and looks like this isn't going to change. Best of luck to all.
As with any website, the more "hits" we get the higher we are ranked in search engines. The way we are set up encourages more "hits". Our Track Us page is designed so anyone can track us for as long as they like in any way they like, but they must come to our website once a week or so.

Dear Mr. Miller,
I happened upon your Web site and am impressed with the wealth of information that you provide. Thank you.
I agree that successful sports wagering is a long-term endeavor and that less than 200 decisions should not be used to assess success or lack thereof.
With that being said, I'd like to know why you don't provide your results beyond the previous few days. The text at the Web site recommends tracking you for 200 or so selections, but your record over said period is not provided.
I'm interested in subscribing, but am troubled by this apparent contradiction. Please clarify. Thanks.
Elvin
