Business Plan help

I hope this is in the right forum. I am looking to start a company here in my area, after realizing the particular market has yet to be tapped into fully. I have a trust fund baby friend who is interested in investing once I get his a business plan.

I did one back freshman year of college, but that was 10 years ago. Anyone have a template for word/excel to help me itemize everything?
