At the dedication today for the portraits of the Clinton's, Dubya was gracious and mixed tasteful humor in his remarks.
Too bad he can't act like this more often
Looks to me like everyone has their eyes closed. Either Bush's speech was insanely boring, or these people are engaged in a moment of prayer or some such thing.
