Building Collapsed in DownTown Davenport , Iowa

I was in that building like 3 weeks ago , I have a friend that lives in that building

That's actually a pretty nice building inside , if your looking at it from the back like in above pics it doesn't look like much

the front of building is nicer & they have a big , spacious entryway inside when u walk through the doors

A rear section of the Davenport Hotel at 324 N Main St collapsed around 5pm on May 28th. On August 18, 2020 bricks fell away from the top front of the structure onto the sidewalk below. No follow up evaluation was reported at the time.

I've played the Grand Piano in the spacious entryway downstairs ?
Let's put it this way , Beethoven OR Chopin have nothing 2 worry about

Gonna DEMOLISH the building

That's gonna look strange when I'm across the Mississippi River in DownTown Davenport & that building's gone .

I like sitting upstairs at the library in those big comfy plush bean-bag like chairs looking out the big glass windows 2 the streets below & looking at that apartment building
