Is this true he won +19 units on sat 12/18/04 I would have to say the carolina was mostly a push, lost pitt and splitt on col. buckets. What else did he have? Most locals will not let you buy off of 3 and 7 and this line was 3 since friday night. also a lot online places charge -130 buying off of a 3. Did anyone get 3 1/2 without buying it?
Just noticed your post, Mariah, as I did get the half earlier in the week, however, I got it at three on Saturday afternoon for a push.
As far as Mac's unit-tracking, I think that he doesn't include the vig (thus, if he splits, he considers it breaking even as opposed to losing one-tenth unit), while he goes with whatever line he got at the time of his release.
On another note, a friend of mine says that he wins with Mac's picks...over time though. I'm more reluctant to jump in on a sports service as I'm afraid that I'd join in right at the start of its slump.

Brian Mac Sucks. No one can over the long haul playing all his picks. He only brags about his latest streak when he is hot. I know. I lost consistently for a year playing his games before i wised up and quit. The only way anyone might be up playing his selections is picking and choosing, then getting lucky.

Thanks for the input as it's always good to get more than one perspective about a service. I'm not sure of how my friend plays Mac's picks, however, if he wins with Mac, then more power to him. On the other hand, if he's not really winning with Mac, but isn't saying so, then I won't "steal his joy."
He has shared several Mac picks with me over several years, however, I didn't monitor them too closely, thus I can't really say if Mac's picks will win or lose money. Personally, I'm just too conscientious about joining a service just as it starts to hit a slump.

i would consider his openenders,they have done well over time,however his totals and 3 unit plays are not that good, i have seen his free scorephone picks go on nice runs,the problem i have with him though is,he is no longer getting stevie z and his syndicate moves,like he was years ago. and he may very well win 7 of 8 months but he wont say is that they could be monthst where he wins 4 units 10 units then the one losing month will be for 58 units. you see what i mean its deceptive,his friend jigsaw is none other than his male ex secretary augie,who by the way was supplying those stevie z plays, his buddy capone is a nice guy. i would seriously consider any 11 unit release from champagne sports who is on his group list they have done well with these plays. bol hope this helps.gc
You guys bring up some good points because 2 guys I have followed in his group have really lost big this year. Mac follows some of capones plays those killer moves and yes he is a nice guy but his plays have put everyone 6 ft. under. so far 0-4 in bowls,had minny on sat. NE huge on Monday night. Sunday for him was OK but after Monday night,and a huge play on under Cin/Mar. game back into the hole huge once again and another loser with minny. Also Mac does not even bring ********* name into the mix anymore and we all know why. This is not a bash here but some of this stuff needs to be let out because when these guys win we all hear about it.
As GC stated, 12 out of 14 winning months can be deceiving if the two losing months come out to 50 units, while the twelve winning months total 40. If one claims that he has won 12 out of 14 months, then that would indicate to me that one is masking units lost, thus I can't readily buy into 12 out of 14 winning months - although it sure does sound good.Mariah said:
