That seems unlikely, more likely Ted Turner and ExxonMobil get into a bidding war to buy it. If Ted wins they have big lovefest annually and talk about how they are not going to hurt the environment anymore. If ExxonMobil wins, well you can guess what they will do...
I have to say Portugal has the most messed up set of former colonies out there. Even their "profitable" one, Macau, is a gangland of pimps, loan sharks, hookers, and casinos. Mozambique was a Marxist disaster for most of the 80s, Angola lets just say had "issues". Brazil isn't bad, except its about 150 million impoverished people and about 1 million rich.
