That's what I do anyway. What a mess. I'm assuming all tickets get refunded. The poor sites that stood to make a ton of money now get nothing

Lots of small businesses and hourly workers are getting screwed along with many big businesses.

Toughen up America.

You're a bunch of feminized pussies.

Mark Emmert says the NCAA is looking to move the Final Four out of Mercedes-Benz Stadium into a smaller venue in Atlanta.

Regional sites could also be moved from the currently scheduled arenas to smaller venues in same cities.

The plan is to keep sites for the 1st round as is.

So , is that our new future , we have a flu epidemic , we cancel as many events as possible ? 20K have already died from the regular flu this season. why didn't events get cancelled sooner ?

It’s weird to see but can you really do the NCAA championship game without fans?

The media is singlehandedly trying to ruin our economy before an election.

The sooner we take extreme measures to deal with COVID-19, the sooner it'll be over. In US/Euro/1st world countries people really don't want to disrupt commerce until they absolutely have to so these things tend to linger longer than say China, who basically nuked it with draconian measures.

It shouldn't take more than 5-10 seconds to realize why a comparison to the flu is deeply flawed. If we keep the status quo, it will spread exponentially due to lack of symptoms in the newly afflicted.

If people can't handle 2 months of disruption, that is the ultimate sign of a lack of toughness. Ignoring problems because you don't have the appetite to solve them is what weak people and weak countries do (US still got plenty of that shit in spades)

Deal with it now or let it linger. We don't wanna become Italy.
