Miami has not seen pressure like they are about to see. Harris has been able to sit back and pick apart the defenses b/c no pressure has been given to him. I watched the first 2 Miami games several times and never saw any real blitzing.
Virginia Tech is the better team. It's just the public perception that Miami is better.If you study and watch these teams, you will see that VT is better than what people are thinking.

Couldn't this have been the same for tonight's game (Ole Miss @ South Car)? Ole Miss was LARGELY untested, it was just the public perception, errr, national ranking that had a lot of people backing them. What had you on Ole Miss if I may ask JB? GL this weekend. I have no action on either game so I can be objective. Uhh, how about they are two different teams playing each other. If Home Dogs were that easy then people would just play home dogs all the time. What happen to Texas El-Paso the other week? They had a nationally ranked Kansas come to town and wax them. Boise State put a beating on Fresno State as Road Chalk after much national exposure after their win over Oregon. Cincinnati and Georgia were both ranked and went into very hostile environments such as Oregon State and Arkansas and won. Each game is different.

The lack of pressure so far on Miami is the key to this game IMO. Miami has won 2 but in my eyes haven't proven much of anything except Harris can throw the ball if you give him time. Not sure VT wins, but IMO the side is a +EV play. They win this game in Blacksburg @ least 50 pecent of the time in this same situation. I like NCS as well. BOL jbragg..

I like it bragg...People are talking too much about Mizzou beating a bad Illinois team. But I haven't heard much about their close call at home against a MAC team. Mizzou is a young team with talent. But a ton of new players. They will play erratic in these first few weeks until they come together. BOL this week.
