What I don't get is if ball inflation is so important that it results in fines, suspensions and loss of draft picks why did the NFL allow teams to control the ball pressure? All the refs do is check the tire pressure and then give all of the balls back to the teams. That's like the fox guarding the hen house...

What I'm saying is it should never have been an issue. The NFL should have been the ones in charge of ALL of the footballs all along. Everybody knows if you put an individual or teams in charge of something like this, the rules are going to be broken. after the way he lied about Ray Rice, something that can be proven beyond reasonable doubt in the court of law, he should be run out of town and nobody can argue he's an honest man with good judgement. That horse as left the barn, he's a documented lying jackass.
