Removed the needlessly agitating comments of 20PT

Thanks for the smart leads, Slayer and your time investment in putting out a consistent weekly contribution to our shared efforts

Your analysis, along with that of a couple other people who I look to for sensible input, combined to have me use OSU +7 as the anchor portion of a 3TParlay with which my own two capped selections hit earlier in the day.

After an unprofitable Week One, was pleased to move slightly back into black for CFB 2009

cheers

yeah, Ohio State covered but they LOST with a capital L, give them props for a good game, but they choked in the end again like always, just like the Texas game in the bowl

All the Freshman QB did was deliver a game-winning drive

That's not "all" he did, he also played like a freshman for 50 min of the game, allowing for the other team to cover, which is all anyone on this site cares about.

It isn't like I said you are a dumbass for picking Ohio St to win, SC is gonna crush them!

Like I said, the points you brought up about the game were valid, but so were mine. There are other people that read your thread besides you, and my points were made for everybody to read.

If your capping is good, it should and will stand up to a little scrutiny, so the fact that you get all pissy on a public forum when someone respectfully disagrees with a couple of the points you make regarding a game is again, unnecessary.

But now I know that you just want to make picks, post them, and have everybody agree with you, because you are the "best capper on this site."

:howdy:

You didnt respectfully disagree, that's the problem. It was very "as a matter of fact" and borderline condescending. I have been posting on here for a long time, and I don't get pissy with people when they want to discuss a game with respect, but your tone sucks, and continues to suck, and I'm frankly just not interested in what you have to say anymore. Like I said, start your own thread, and let everyone else see your square thoughts on games. Your super confident, near condescending Joe Public opinion may have influenced some guy that reads this thread to question the Ohio State play and to trail USC. I just dont want you in here, you've never been here before and you pop up out of nowhere telling me I need to bet better games. Just walk away.

Considering you are from Columbus, Ohio, I highly doubt it.

Listen up. OSU's DL played a spectacular game. They beat one of the best if not THE best OL in the country for 56 minutes. I never expected to see them do that. I don't have the stats on sacks, hurryups etc. but I do know that no USC QB has had to deal with that much pressure for a very long time. Props to Barkley for keeping his cool and his sh*t together and giving his OL time to figure out what they were there for and execute in the final drive. Barkley FINALLY got the support and the time he needed to engineer a drive and make key completions. That lasted for just 4 minutes in the 4th quarter. USC's defense held OSU and made it possible for that to be enough. Props to OSU for giving USC more sh*t for 56 minutes than most people expected.

Props to box for feeling it out just right. I missed it and I admit it.

Great call on the OSU-USC game, Box. USC was the square play of the week, with everyone and their brother spouting the ESPN talking points about "no way can Ohio State stay in this game with USC's speed". The freshman QB angle was the key, but I didn't have the stones to play the game. Congrats to you for a great analysis and winning bet.
