Bovada payouts to NY?

Had BoDog in the past, it's been so long my account is no longer active. Was thinking of opening account for poker - not betting. But I thought bovada doesn't pay out to NY (or MD). They will take deposits but not payout. I can't really find out any info on this and was wondering if this is (still) the case. Any info would be great.

Found out the answer - saw it on reddit - that NY is one of the 4 states they don't accept. Mods, feel free to delete or move this thread. Thanks!
