Investigators seized $450,000 in cash, three guns, and six vehicles during the course of the investigation. Authorities allege that yearly profits of this operation exceeded $3 million and that from May 2014 to May 2015 about $6 million worth of bets were placed.

That is an unbelievable hold percentage!! What a joke!

so a 3 million dollar profit, between 33 people only results in 450,000 cash laying around. laughable.

I would think there's nothing to say .. guy runs/owns a PPH Data Center, they accept wagers for a customer ( Woodman ) he doesn't know where these people/gamblers come from
* well yes they do if they check IP's
But the guy ( travis ) is a Service ..... not a Sportsbook, per say

This all falls onto Woodman ... and the guys that work for him in the States
