This is probably it for me today. I want to take a shot on the Ducks, due to the spot. Often, teams have a subpar showing their first home game after a long road trip. You are making up for lost time with the family and your mind is kind of elsewhere. Maybe you don’t have your legs. With that being said, all the Bruins have been doing is winning low scoring games where they just shut down the opponent. This game feels a little unpredictable, but I will pass.

I’m glad I put a couple winning days together after having a few losing days in a row. Not that dropping to ten units of profitability is reason for concern, but you always want to stop the bleeding at a certain point. That Jackets loss was pretty crushing. You don’t want to give up multiple two goal leads, particularly to teams the caliber of Montreal. I would have liked the sweep, but I’m happy with 2-1. No bets for tomorrow right now. That could certainly change once I have more time to dig into the matchups.

All three of my bets went to OT last night. Those are total coin flips and I came out on the losing end. I thought for sure Florida would win in regulation. The Bruins were down to four defenseman and had to kill off a five minute penalty. I guess when your penalty kill has like a 97% success rate, that’s not a problem.
