I haven't used a local in 9 or 10 years, but I know a few personnaly here in Ct.
They do the same profiling.
Also, ask any local that does significant business, they'll all tell you the same thing, off shore put no dent in their business what so ever.

been there done that back in the day of no world wide net and it is exhausting and you have no life.
Seemed like an easy way to make a living till i did it my self day in and day out.
Then running around paying and collecting no time for a family life I'll tell you that esp if you have a 40hr 9-5 too boot.
What I'm saying here is finding that kind of local is priceless to a player as most use a pph who in turn use a line service to stave off the steam players and middler's.
And I understand what Bill and FW are saying also.

Worst year in over 10 with volume also down . One small player has never won in three years and i guage a lot of things by him and he has not had a losing week. He is mistified and now wants to play the baskets and never has. Sooner or later it will come back, i hope sooner.He will have to lose for three more years to get it back because of all the blockbuster he has hit. He also is a Okla alumni and has gone crazy with them.
